Fred durst why hate

I almost forgot why I hated this fucker so much. Isn't it funny that he "doesn't give a fuck what everybody thinks" yet he has to write a letter to everyone about how he isn't a poser? I fucking hate Fred Hey there! I'm part of a team responsible for recruiting and promoting a wonderful role playing community called After Celebrity , which has been one of the most outstanding celebrity role playing think "interactive fan fiction" communities on LiveJournal, going strong for over two years now with over active members participating.

After Celebrity is always looking for talented and mature writers to join our ranks, and there are endless amounts of people you can portray! There's also a list of wanted individuals if you need help selecting a character to play. In particular to Fred Durst and Limp Bizkit, we are searching for mature and talented writers to fill in the following roles of Fred himself, as well as any other Limp Bizkit band members or people affiliated with them that you can think of!!

We mean the celebrities no harm I can listen to their music and laugh at just how ridiculous and pathetic everything about them is. He's on record for calling slipknot fans "fat and ugly kids", there was also this whole drama between him and Wes Borland who was the "lead guitarist" for LB's first 3 albums before ego on Durst's behalf made working together basically impossible Fred Durst is also a somewhat incompetent musician, if his guitar-skills are anything to go by, and as a singer he is extremely limited, too All things considered, there were better "crossover bands" than Limp Bizkit Pleymo, who I believe were from switzerland would be one example with their "medicine cake" album, which happens to be about as diverse as LB's entire discography , it just so happened that Limp Bizkit made the big time somewhere back in the 90s due to ties to Korn, which were later also severed for a variety of reasons LB is also extremely "static" in terms of output In short, if you've listened to their first 3 albums, make that 4 if you need reassurance, you've heard every Limp Bizkit song ever Yeah, pretty much, people just hate them because a lot of people also seem to hate them.

As for why it exists in the first place, probably just a product of its time, I never liked Justin Bieber, but I also never hated him to the extent I started coming up with torture fantasies about him, as did some people. Remember when Fred changed the band's name from Limp Bizkit to "limpbizkit" only to change it back again? Probably not. Limp Bisquuick sucks though.

I've never really listened to Limp Bizkit, but it's up to you whether or not to keep listening to their music. Some people still listen to music made by shitty people, and some can't stand it because it reminds them of the shitty people behind the music.

Fred Durst is embarrassing but in general I'd say they're a cool little time capsule for the 90s. I like Nu Metal, don't care what others think. I find a weird level of pretentiousness in hardcore metal fans anyway.

You're right on all points. Even though this band isn't quite my cup of tea, I can't deny they have some interesting stuff here and there. Also, I can't help but feel sorry for Fred Durst; he might be an asshole, but his "asshole persona" is probably exaggarated to a degree by the media. Pretty much all mainstream nu-metal gets shat on, save for System of a Down which I don't really look at as nu-metal.

It's not really my thing, but there are worse bands out there. A lot of young people listen to nu-metal and in their head they might as well be listening to Mayhem. They think Slipknot is the heaviest band on earth. This irritates metalheads, which is fucking dumb because most people grew up listening to their parent's music until they developed their own taste.

Most people weren't born with a metal spoon in their mouth. Also, I think Creed did some pretty good things. Nickelback isn't ear torture, but they are completely generic and uninteresting, with awful and misogynistic lyrics, phoney machismo, and a total lack of creativity.

Which is worse than just sounding bad, in my opinion. Nickelback, 3 Doors Down, Shinedown, and all of those shitty post-grunge bands were a lot worse than nu-metal. Concur with other comments. I think the band actually has talent but yeah durst is a raging weapons grade douchenozzle. Liking art and not the artist is a personal choice. I know nothing about him or Limp Bizkit but I saw a brief street interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live and he came off like a tool.

I know that he is hated by many but has he done something specific? Stapp then replied with an invitation to settle it in a pay-per-view boxing match with the proceeds going to charity. I imagine it has to do with he is a talentless, or at best barely talented, individual who has delusions of being a major artist. On top of this he says stupid things a whole lot and in general acts like the stereotypical dumb ass rock star. I can imagine those with less ability to ignore it or lower thresholds with regards to exposure come to hate him and have it fade very slowly if at all.

I think he is a piece of shit. And through the journey of Durst, now a filmmaker and impressively quiet relic of s pop culture, impart the message that you can be ridiculous, asinine and crude as a young man in the world, but then grow the hell up.
